About Marcus Bethay

Respectfully saying what you need to hear.

A consultant, strategist, and community builder who has spent years working alongside mission-driven organizations — and building real solutions from the inside out.

Marcus Bethay
The Story

Built by someone who's been in the trenches.

Marcus Bethay has always been drawn to entrepreneurship and mission-driven work. Growing up and throughout his career, he watched passionate, capable people — small business owners, nonprofit leaders, community organizers — work incredibly hard but get bogged down by operational chaos instead of staying focused on what they do best.

That pattern showed up everywhere he looked. Organizations with powerful missions burning out their leaders. Businesses with great products unable to scale because they hadn't built the right systems. Community organizations doing incredible work but struggling to sustain it when leadership changed.

"We don't want surface-level conversations. We want to get to the root cause."

As president of his graduate fraternity chapter and through years of work on nonprofit boards and community organizations, Marcus built real solutions — dashboards, systems, processes — that helped organizations operate with intention. He realized the tools and frameworks he was building could help any mission-driven organization, not just his own.

MB2TL was built on that belief: that mission-driven organizations deserve the same level of strategic and operational support that large corporations take for granted. Your mission is too important to get lost in the noise.
